How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping Charges are stated in each auction. If you purchase more than 1 item, please contact us before ordering to see if your products qualify for combined shipping. If you are outside of the US, please contact us with your address and the items you are looking to purchase, for a shipping quote.

Do you charge sales tax?
Pet Friendly Travel Supplies charges sales tax to NY residents only.

What payment methods do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is RME, Revolution Money Exchange. (just send your RME e-mail address) We also accept Google Checkout, PayPal and money orders.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns. However, we charge a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective items. You will be given a full refund of the item, minus shipping. And you will be responsible for returned shipping costs. Pet Friendly Travel Supplies is always concerned about your satisfaction. However, we regret that dog apparel, cannot be returned to us to protect the health of our customers dogs. Unless there is a defect in workmanship in which case we will replace with an identical product.

What shipping method do you use?
Depending on the item. We ship mainly USPS. But also use UPS, Fed-Ex and DHL.

How long before my item will be shipped?
After cleared payment, we process your order within 24 hours. It usually takes between 1-5 business days for orders to be shipped out.

Do you ship outside the US?
Please contact us first with your location and the items you are looking to purchase. Most items we will ship outside the US. Yet you will have to pay the appropriate S/H charges.

All of our items are brand new, never been used.

Do you offer combined shipping?
Please check with us first on combined shipping. Our items come from different warehouses. If the items you're interested in come from the same warehouse, we will combine shipping. If they come from different warehouses, they will be shipped separately. Unfortunately, most of our larger items do not qualify for combined shipping.

Can I send you a picture of my pet using your product?

How do I choose the color of the item that I want?
Some of our items are available in different colors. If you checkout with paypal, you can add a note to let us know your color choice. If you use google checkout, please send us a separate e-mail (info@petfriendlytravelsupplies.com) indicating your color choice. If we do not receive a color choice within 24 hours, we will send our most available color.

Do your items come from New York?
We ship some of our items from NY. However, most items come from different warehouses located in different states.

If you haven't received your package yet, please e-mail us at info@petfriendlytravelsupplies.com. Please remember that not all of our products are shipped from NY. They come from different warehouses in different states, depending on the product, so it may take a little longer to reach you. If you need to know where your product will be coming from, please e-mail us.
